There are not enough positive things I can say about Sheila Hall. Her knowledge of the current market and expertise are quite remarkable. She works harder and quicker than anyone else I’ve dealt with. She provided us with a good plan and got our property sold in a matter of days for more than we could have expected. We dealt with her long distance and we put her in charge of the marketing/strategy decisions. Sheila’s instincts were exactly right even though the market history was less for our property. We feel she got us top dollar. She is without a doubt the realtor to go to!
As a residential real estate developer, I have built and sold over 5,000 homes and apartments in California, Arizona, Washington and Utah, and I can honestly say that I have never had a better experience than I have had in working with Sheila. She is the most professional and knowledgeable RE agent with whom I have ever worked. Her honesty is so refreshing because she has no problem providing her opinion and is ready to support it with market-based facts, but is also willing to follow the desires of her client, even if we don’t agree – in other words, definitely not a yes (wo)man, but also a real team player. Sheila presents herself very professionally and I know she has my back. Very interesting in that she also has a unique ability to see the person on the other side of the transaction as a partner and not as an adversary; something that is extremely important (and rare) in this industry. Sheila comes with my highest recommendation, whether you are looking for help in selling a property or in buying one. My biggest challenge with her is finding a way to clone her so that I can have her work on my projects in states other than Utah!
Sheila is the consummate professional. She ALWAYS had time for us; she ALWAYS was fully engaged in not just showing our home, but in the selling of the unique features and story of the home. We appreciated her attention to detail and her notable ability to engage with other agents who had less experience and wisdom. Over a period of more than 40 years, we have worked with many of the leading real estate agents in the different communities in which we have lived. Sheila is far and above the best agent we've ever had. If that were not enough, it has been a great experience to work with a realtor who we now consider a friend.
