Thanks for the great experience, even though the snow wasn’t very good. Your ski equipment is always quality and in good shape, and your staff is very nice. We rent from ski Butler‘s at every ski resort that we visit. They delivered it directly to our condo, and thenpicked up our ski equipment from the lobby of our condo. Easy to communicate, telephone or text. Great job.
Had a great experience with Ski Butlers. I arrived late in the evening into Park City and wanted to get an early start skiing the next day, so the ability for them to drop off my gear at my place before I got there was key. Drop off was a breeze as they picked up right from my place. I couldn’t recommend them more.
They did not read my request for ski size, boot size or pole size. Had no options in the van so I just rented what they gave me to minimize the hassle. They did drop off the correct pole size later. The rep was nice enough, and service is convenient but don’t assume they will read your specific requests or bring alternatives if their only selections do not work for you. I would have preferred to have some options or at least had them bring what originally requested.
On time, very clean, organized, efficient, helpful, friendly, and overly prepared for many different sizes because we are a family of 6! Very impressed and will use again!! My daughter’s helmet broke mid week and they replaced it in 15 min. Again! Very impressed with their service. I don’t know why everyone just doesn’t use this service. It’s not that much more expensive than renting at snow base or other rental places. Diff in cost is very minimal.
