Hands down the BEST customer service experience I have ever had! We were redoing our bathrooms and needed new fixtures, toilets, etc. and Rob was so helpful finding us products in our price point, color, and even helping with the design elements to mix and match colors in our shower. You can tell he enjoys his job and helping customers. I even told him my husband would be coming in to pick out toilets and when he got there, Rob had options ready for him to look at, which made the process so easy. I literally have been telling everyone to go to Rob for ANY plumbing item. He's the best!
I went into Standard Plumbing Supply in Park City with a 24 year old faucet that needed a new cartridge. I could not get the handle off to get to the cartridge. Rob took the faucet, googled the model number, got info on how to remove the handle, and got the handle off. At this point 2 other employees pitched in to help. They had to use an impact drill to take the cartridge out, then Rob replaced both the hot and cold cartridges. That is service above and beyond. I so appreciate the amazing service that unfortunately is hard to find these days. Rob and his fellow employees have made me a Standard Plumbing Supply faithful customer!!!!!!

Barbara and Rob and the whole team at Standard are lifesavers with every remodel that I do. They take the time to make sure I'm getting the best option for each plumbing item I need. They also double check to make sure that I'm not missing any extra parts that I haven't thought about. And they're customer service is always top notch with attention to detail regarding delivery and pricing. I would prefer to buy from them locally any day over an online purchase because I know they will work with me as a team to make sure my projects go smoothly. 100% recommend.
