Everything was delicious. The bartender Carra made me an good expresso martini. Gabi took great care of me, even the chef came out with my dish and both explained me with detail all that came with it. The lamb chops were flavorful along with the mashed potatoes and the Demi glaze sauce gave it a nice finish.

Amazing service from the moment we arrived! Chef Georgios personally came to our table and made sure we were having an unforgettable experience. It was truly special to meet the chef who prepares the food himself, that personal touch made the whole night even more meaningful. The combination of great music, incredible food, and such a welcoming atmosphere made everything perfect. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and they truly made us feel valued and celebrated. I would definitely say this is one of the best restaurants in Utah in terms of quality, price, overall experience, and outstanding service.

The food at the sterling is amazing! I was there to celebrate my wedding anniversary and I couldn’t choose a better place to this occasion! I want to specially thank the chef Georgios that explained every plate patiently and we enjoyed every tasteful dish he served! The music couldn’t be more perfect also, Tim played very good Sinatra’s songs. The whole service was amazing, everybody should try it!

As someone who has dined at many high-end steakhouses my family and I were appalled at the service we received. As someone with celiac disease, I was extremely optimistic when our server was knowledgeable about gluten free options on the menu. Oh boy was I proved wrong! The second the entrees hit the table we did NOT see our server again. We were offered ZERO refills on water, soda, or alcoholic beverages and NOT one plate was cleared off of the table throughout the ENTIRETY of the meal. Once we were finally able to flag our server down, we asked for our leftovers to be boxed up and she threw cardboard to-go boxes on the table. I have NEVER been to a high-end steakhouse where the customer is expected to box up their own food. By this point I was at my wits end and asked for the manager. The manager started by being apologetic and then began making excuses for the staff saying they had all gone out the night before for someone’s birthday and were all hungover which was his excuse for the subpar service… WOW. The manager then removed our $18 appetizer from over a $200 tab and offered for us to come to a brunch at the restaurant on any Sunday to makeup for the awful service… yeah no thanks! Let me also highlight this was a BIRTHDAY dinner!!! Once our check was paid, we had our jackets on, and were walking out the door eager to leave, the manager brought our birthday dessert… I have never been more disappointed in a meal in my life and our server did not apologize, never came by the table once the manager was called, NOTHING! Very disappointed and hoping no one else experiences such poor service.

My husband’s best friend recommended Sterling to us, it worked out even more perfectly since we stayed at NewPark and it was just a 2 minute walk. The overall experience was absolutely amazing. Our server was Carra, who had amazing suggestions & was ready for any question we had about the menu. She was super friendly and personable; truly felt like a friend rather than our server (honestly!) live music started, which was great. We are big music lovers so it was perfect. Not packed, just a nice spot which had its regulars which was another sign that this place really IS good. We read the reviews before, & YES the steak melts in your mouth, the service IS amazing, just overall the best decision. This is definitely going to be our spot from now on when we’re in Park City! Thank you for the amazing first impression! & for the amazing couple that assisted in taking care of us for our anniversary.. we can’t thank you enough for putting the cherry on top for an amazing night.
