If you are looking for the absolute best dining experience in Park City, look no further. While this incredible steakhouse obviously serves world class, perfectly cooked steaks, what truly sets it apart is that every single item on the menu is a masterpiece. From the mouthwatering, creative appetizers to the vibrant, crisp, and beautifully balanced salads, there isn't a single weak link on the menu. The service from the waitstaff was flawless attentive, warm, and highly professional from the moment we walked in. The absolute highlight of our night, however, was Chef Georgios. Every dish he sent out was a work of art, perfectly presented and bursting with incredible flavor. To top it all off, Chef Georgios took the time to come out to our table to chat with us. That personal touch transformed a wonderful dinner into an unforgettable, true 5-star experience. Whether you are a local who appreciates top-tier gastronomy or a tourist visiting our beautiful town, this place is an absolute must-visit. It is, hands down, one of the finest gems in Park City! We will be back again and again.

I had an outstanding experience at Sterling. The food was amazing from start to finish. The lobster bisque was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The lamb shank was perfectly tender, served over smooth mashed potatoes with great seasoning. The filet was cooked to the perfect temperature and the scallops so delicious. Thank you so much Chef Giorgio for making this dinner so special, and to Gabriella for the excellent service. Definitely the best Prime Steak in Park City.

I had an exceptional dining experience at this beautiful restaurant. Every detail, from the ambiance to the service, was absolutely impeccable. The selection of meats and seafood was outstanding—perfectly fresh, expertly prepared, and full of flavor. A special thank you to the chef for such a memorable meal. Your talent and attention to detail truly shine through in every dish. It was not just dinner, but an experience I will definitely cherish and look forward to repeating. Highly recommended.

Amazing service from the moment we arrived! Chef Georgios personally came to our table and made sure we were having an unforgettable experience. It was truly special to meet the chef who prepares the food himself, that personal touch made the whole night even more meaningful. The combination of great music, incredible food, and such a welcoming atmosphere made everything perfect. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and they truly made us feel valued and celebrated. I would definitely say this is one of the best restaurants in Utah in terms of quality, price, overall experience, and outstanding service.

My husband’s best friend recommended Sterling to us, it worked out even more perfectly since we stayed at NewPark and it was just a 2 minute walk. The overall experience was absolutely amazing. Our server was Carra, who had amazing suggestions & was ready for any question we had about the menu. She was super friendly and personable; truly felt like a friend rather than our server (honestly!) live music started, which was great. We are big music lovers so it was perfect. Not packed, just a nice spot which had its regulars which was another sign that this place really IS good. We read the reviews before, & YES the steak melts in your mouth, the service IS amazing, just overall the best decision. This is definitely going to be our spot from now on when we’re in Park City! Thank you for the amazing first impression! & for the amazing couple that assisted in taking care of us for our anniversary.. we can’t thank you enough for putting the cherry on top for an amazing night. God bless you both.
