The owner, Jackson, was incredibly kind and made our experience very memorable. We were celebrating a birthday, and he gave outstanding recommendations and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. He made sure the ambiance was perfect and we had an incredible meal. The ribeye was delicious and well cooked and seasoned, and the Mac and cheese was some of the best we’d ever had. The chocolate lava cake was very chocolately and rich, and had the personal touch of saying happy birthday in chocolate sauce around the edge. Lots of attention to detail and personal touches throughout our night. We enjoyed it so much that we came back for Sunday brunch the next day, which was a great value for $19 for the buffet. Prime rib, Mac and cheese, waffles, cinnamon rolls, shrimp cocktail, ribs, and made to order omelettes by Jackson himself. The crème brûlée was incredible as well.

An exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is elegant and cozy, with impeccable attention that makes you feel welcome from the first moment. Each dish was presented with great detail and the flavors were extraordinary, using fresh ingredients of excellent quality. The service was professional, attentive and always willing to make accurate recommendations. Without a doubt, it is an ideal place to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a first-class gastronomic experience. If you are looking for the absolute best dining experience in Park City, look no further. While this incredible steakhouse obviously serves world class, perfectly cooked steaks, what truly sets it apart is that every single item on the menu is a masterpiece. From the mouthwatering, creative appetizers to the vibrant, crisp, and beautifully balanced salads, there isn't a single weak link on the menu. The service from the waitstaff was flawless attentive, warm, and highly professional from the moment we walked in. The absolute highlight of our night, however, was Chef Georgios. Every dish he sent out was a work of art, perfectly presented and bursting with incredible flavor. To top it all off, Chef Georgios took the time to come out to our table to chat with us. That personal touch transformed a wonderful dinner into an unforgettable, true 5-star experience. Whether you are a local who appreciates top-tier gastronomy or a tourist visiting our beautiful town, this place is an absolute must-visit. It is, hands down, one of the finest gems in Park City! We will be back again and again.

I had an outstanding experience at Sterling. The food was amazing from start to finish. The lobster bisque was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The lamb shank was perfectly tender, served over smooth mashed potatoes with great seasoning. The filet was cooked to the perfect temperature and the scallops so delicious. Thank you so much Chef Giorgio for making this dinner so special, and to Gabriella for the excellent service. Definitely the best Prime Steak in Park City.

Amazing service from the moment we arrived! Chef Georgios personally came to our table and made sure we were having an unforgettable experience. It was truly special to meet the chef who prepares the food himself, that personal touch made the whole night even more meaningful. The combination of great music, incredible food, and such a welcoming atmosphere made everything perfect. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and they truly made us feel valued and celebrated. I would definitely say this is one of the best restaurants in Utah in terms of quality, price, overall experience, and outstanding service.
