We are currently accepting resumes and ready to hire. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Utilizes all company tools to deliver sales plan, develop associates and achieve company objectives. Utilizes reporting tools and business acumen to identify and address gaps in performance and to capitalize on successes. Provides ongoing coaching for all associates that supports their growth and development while creating an inspirational and motivating work environment Acquires talent by utilizing networking and recruiting skills and conducting interviews in partnership with the Store/Multi Store Manager. Seeks out opportunities for self-development as defined in an individual development plan. Spends a majority of the time on the sales floor. Develops and maintains Customer relationships by maximizing all company tools. Consistently executes the brand standards. Maintains store merchandising standards including any updates or changes. Knows product knowledge and uses company learning tools to stay current on new products in both fashion and performance. Ensures execution of operational policies and procedures. Ensures clear communication to their team of brand strategy including all promotions, contests and incentives, etc. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED 1+ years of experience Demonstrates expertise in every aspect of store operation Detail-oriented Uses critical thinking to deliver absolute execution of the operational components of the store PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Customer service and/or retail experience Previous leadership experience of 1+ years Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.50 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 29 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Vision insurance Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Holidays Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Work Location: In person

Today I visited the store without much expectation of help, but after receiving Nathan's attention, my perspective changed. He was friendly, polite, and helpful, helping me find what I was looking for. If I had to shop again, I would definitely go to the Main Street store because I know I'll receive excellent service from Nathan.
Today, I went to the shop with my 3 yo. As soon as we walked in, the associate saw us and gave me a look—like she was judging me for bringing a child into the store. I noticed her expression right away and said, “We’re just exploring.” I was really hoping to buy some nice glasses that I’ve been wanting for a long time. My toddler started touching a couple of them, and as soon as I saw the associate watching, I told my girl, “Don’t touch them, please.” The associate immediately grabbed a wipe and started cleaning what my daughter touched, making it clear through her actions that we weren’t welcome. I quickly took my toddler outside and said, “Thank you.” She didn’t even reply. Please teach your associates basic customer service.
Fine store but the blonde attendant with a thick accent has a terrible attitude that made me instantly regret my purchase. She was so rude and unhelpful. For the number of sunglass stores available in town, I would avoid this store and go to one that knows the basics of customer service.
