I had to replace a sewer line which caused having to do some remodeling and having to come up with creative solutions to make it look nice and a short window of time available to complete the job. Tall Pines came thru and scheduled the right people at the right time and did a great job and was done within the time that I needed it done. I will be definitely be calling them next time I need construction help.

Tall Pines Construction was the perfect home builder for me to choose. Garrett Strong owner, Dusty Kilbourne, Jordan Allen and Ben Martin were the Primary onsite team. Their communication was excellent. They handled all aspects of a Modern Mountain Home built on and in Solid Rock at 7550 ft altitude. The project was finished within budget and on time. We had a built-in 5% contingency. The subcontractors they used were extremely professional and handled everything from the heavy steel components to the most delicate finishes with care. The control over many house features with my phone is fantastic. I highly recommend Tall Pines Construction and Garrett Strong to Build your future Home.
My overall grade for Tall Pines Construction, and specifically, Garrett Strong is: A+ As some of you may know, an "A+" grade for me is very, very infrequent. A little bit of background: we bought some land in Utah (Heber City) in 2020 right in the middle of COVID. Our real estate agent that we had a high amount of trust in recommended Garrett & Tall Pines when I asked for a great builder with the highest level of integrity. (Reading between the lines, yes, that meant perhaps not the very lowest bid). Since we were building a home in Utah while living in Illinois, our need to trust the builder to not only build a great product, but to address things that invariably don't go as planned, or when our plans and designs change, we needed a builder to be able to accommodate the bumps in plans not to mention the crazy inflation and scarcity of craftsmen that happened these past few years. We could not be happier with our home that is our absolute dream home and I must say, one of the most unique and beautiful homes we've every had the fortune of experiencing, much less owning and living in it. Garrett walked us through the process (we've never built a home before). To be fair and honest, no, not every single detail went perfectly, and not everything came out as we imagined, but that's life and that's not the point. The point is that when things come out differently, or when sub-contractors don't have the things we ordered are no longer available, Tall Pines and their crew did everything in their power to make it right or at least come up with a solution that would fit our needs and budget. Budget - please plan on going over your budget. I know we did, but while we didn't have infinite budget, who does? Things go as life goes. Maybe this is where, we could've spent a bit more time kicking the tires with the design and making sure we had included everything before beginning construction. While I will absolutely add photos to this review, words alone do not do justice to the level of quality and beauty that Garrett & Tall Pines brought to life. The beauty and functionality of our build is miles beyond our wildest dreams. While I cannot imagine building another home of this magnitude ever again, the only thing I know for certain is that we are grateful to have done this build with Tall Pines Construction. The entire team working with Garrett is fantastic and their integrity is second to none. Bottom line: If you're considering building the home of your dreams don't cut corners on something this significant and use a builder that you can trust to build the highest quality, super efficient and beautiful home by calling Garrett @ Tall Pines Construction. We love our new home! While there are many twists and turns when building a high content custom home, the Tall Pines team brought the project in very near the planned cost despite high inflation during the build. They were also fantastic in the post move in punch list process, responsive and focused on resolving the issues. Tall Pines did a good job working with the architect and engaged early in the process which added valuable insight into design choices and solutions. The coordination with the Interior Designer was also exemplary. Lastly, and this is the most important issue for me, is that Garrett Strong has high integrity and followed through on all of Tall Pine’s commitments. He was transparent and a man of his word. Looking forward to enjoying this beautiful home for years to come!
