Russell and Wilfredo were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, quick to arrive, and a pleasure to deal with. They took care of the flood and mold remediation, cleaned everything up, and left us with clear info and instructions for what comes next. Even the dog liked them.
Russell and Beto were incredible during a very stressful situation. My mom accidentally flooded her house late yesterday, causing water damage from the main floor through the basement ceiling and into the kitchen and adjoining room. They arrived less than an hour after my call to UDK and immediately put us at ease with their professionalism, kindness, and clear communication. They thoroughly explained the immediate steps needed, what to expect next in the process, and handled the emergency demolition quickly, cleanly, and efficiently so the drying equipment could be set up right away. Obviously there is a lot of stress whenever you need to call a disaster clean-up company, but these gentlemen displayed exceptional team work and collaboration from the beginning to the end of this first phase of many yet to come. We had a great experience from start to finish with UDK! Cesar, Edwin, Jimmy and Victor were professional and kind, and did great work. We needed extensive repairs due to water damage. They made sure our home was safe for our kids and pets, and explained along the way what they would work on and what we could expect for the upcoming days. We are so thankful!
UDK was excellent. We had a bit of a major water leak, and they got here ASAP and the staff (Ricky, Wilfredo) were just great. Good communication, competent, and efficient. Thanks!
