Russell and Beto were incredible during a very stressful situation. My mom accidentally flooded her house late yesterday, causing water damage from the main floor through the basement ceiling and into the kitchen and adjoining room. They arrived less than an hour after my call to UDK and immediately put us at ease with their professionalism, kindness, and clear communication. They thoroughly explained the immediate steps needed, what to expect next in the process, and handled the emergency demolition quickly, cleanly, and efficiently so the drying equipment could be set up right away. We had a great experience from start to finish with UDK! Cesar, Edwin, Jimmy and Victor were professional and kind, and did great work. We needed extensive repairs due to water damage. They made sure our home was safe for our kids and pets, and explained along the way what they would work on and what we could expect for the upcoming days. We are so thankful!
We had the distinct pleasure working with Shilo and Andrew yesterday to mitigate a major flood in a closet and guest bedroom. After the initial call to dispatch, they were at the house within an hour. They helped move furniture, pulled the old pad from under the carpet, set up the fans and cleaned up. I have used UDK in the past, and the level of service was very consistent. Highly recommend! Thank you Shilo and Andrew!
