ZERO Rating - Vision mechotronics, Thane is One of the worst companies and services I've ever experienced. Claim to have superior products with German engineering, but only in words. We Greenmark Developers Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, received their Joulie Lithium battery in April 2024 for solar use at a premium price, expecting it would last longer. Unfortunately, they are unable to put it into operation. They weren't even concerned about customer pain. After many requests, they will come to the site to commission it; they have arrived 6 times and have failed to make it operational. Still the batteries are not commissioned. Always, they will blame on others. After getting the batteries, we noticed that the two stacks were damaged; we contacted them, and they replaced it. However, we have requested a report on why the stacks were damaged, since the batteries are still new and not even commissioned. but they have not given any report on that. Vision team will not provide necessary test reports, warranty certificates. It has been more than six months since we received the batteries, which are still not operational. Despite several attempts to make them operational, vision mechtronics failed to do so. Even they have tried with Deye hybrid inverter, we are all witnessed a massive spark & sound from Deye Hybrid Inverter. So this attempt also failed to make it operational. I would strongly advise anyone contemplating their items. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and provide poor service.
One of the worst company and services I have ever seen. Claim to have premium products with German engineering, all in words only. I have taken their Joulie Lithium battery in 2021 for solar uasage by paying a premium price, believing it will last longer. With in two and half years it started bulging and lost 50% of its SOC, it was still in the warranty period, when I reached out to them for a resolution, it took two weeks even to get a response and then nothing short of a nightmare. Not taking any responsibility and asking for details which end user can not provide. I was even ready to bear the expense for their site visit, but no luck. End up loosing a big amount. I would strongly caution anyone considering their products. They are unreliable, unprofessional with worst service. Over last 2 years there are many better options with good after sales support. To respond to your below response: The urgency you have shown to respond to this review should have been shown in responding to the complaint raise. I initially reported the issue on 25th September, and it toll two weeks to get an initial response, that too with multiple reminders. If you would have the intention to resolve this issue, your team would have contacted over phone and discussed in good terms to resolve the issue, rather than communicating over here. You are very much aware, such bulky item cannot be safely packed & sent, it will only further damage it. I have even confirmed to bear the travel expense for your technician to visit & resolve it. The BMS communication issue was reported immediately when the battery was delivered, and it was set to Voltage setting as per your teams confirmation. The easiest way to ignore the complaint is to put the blame on inverter, rather than checking your battery logs. Interesting to note that, you do not have any logs on your battery worth 2L+
I wish I could give them negative stars! My experience with Vision Mechatronics has been nothing short of a nightmare. They promised premium products and quality service, but it has been a year of constant frustration and problems with the solar panel system they installed. First and foremost, the installation was a disaster. It's clear that their team had no knowledge of what they were doing. The system has been plagued with issues since day one, and there's no end in sight. What's worse, once they complete the installation, you're stuck with their work, and there's no way to undo the damage they've done. When I reached out to them about the ongoing problems, they consistently shifted the blame onto me. It's maddening that they refuse to take responsibility for their shoddy work. Every time I bring up an issue, they somehow find a way to point fingers at me instead of addressing the real problems. I am deeply disappointed in Vision Mechatronics and would strongly caution anyone considering their services. They have proven to be unreliable, unprofessional, and unwilling to stand behind their work. Save yourself the headache and look for a more reputable solar panel installer.
