Our move with Rebecca and her team was the best moving experience of my life. This is coming from someone who lived in big cities for many years and did many moves. Rebecca used the crew from The Other Side Academy and we were blown away by how kind, outgoing, professional, and efficient. They dealt with tough stairs, tricky spaces, and some very heavy items. To say we were impressed was an understatement.
Rebecca, Stephanie and team were absolutely amazing. What high quality of service and professionalism. They jumped on our move quickly, made it all work, and even day of move adapted well to the inevitable scope creep that occur. Moving is stressful but WP made it a smooth process.
I recently used WP for a move from Kamas, Utah to St. George, Utah, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. They arrived on time, handled all of my belongings with great care, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear throughout, and they were friendly, respectful, and hardworking the entire time. Everything arrived in St. George in perfect condition and right on schedule. We had a fantastic experience working with Rebecca! Our move out of a high end ski residence (within a five star hotel) involved packing and shipping art pieces (large scale oil paintings and ceramics) as well as some furnishings, clothes, personal items, etc.. The hotel is very precise about the packing and moving process so as not to disrupt residents of the hotel or residences. Rebecca was flawless in getting everything done. We were shipping some items to one place and placing others in a pod to be delivered to another state. She is easy to work with, a great communicator, and on time. We had a small issue with a delivery and she was able to jump in and rectify everything easily as she has strong relations with all the people she works with (her logistics person communicates across state lines easily). The packing of valuable items was amazing and there was absolutely no damage (or even a ding) to any of our pieces! Absolutely and strongly recommend.
These guys moved a really delicate, (and very expensive) tricky geode. Everyone else denied this due to a price tag and intimidation. Can't say I blame them. But relieved WP took on the challenge. Arrived as safe as possible. Would recommend these sisters to any job big or small.
