Went there with a friend and was stunned at how rude the pharmacist guy was. She was a long term customer and asking questions about the compound - he just didn't want to be bothered and acted nasty that she would ask a question. Worst customer service I have seen. Even told her she should leave and go elsewhere. Thus, we decided to leave and took our business elsewhere - went to the Medicine Market Compounding Pharmacy in Holiday - super nice people.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. The pharmacist was rude, dismissive, and showed a complete lack of professionalism. Instead of being helpful and respectful, they made me feel like my questions and concerns were a burden. A pharmacy is a healthcare resource where customers should be treated with patience, courtesy, and respect. Unfortunately, this location failed on all fronts. The attitude and lack of customer care were extremely disappointing.

If there were more stars I would fill them all in! They have come through for me numerous times, filling my orders in a crunch all with a smile on their faces! Best small business ever! I’m so thankful they are in our town.

5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Alpine Apothecary has been amazing to work with for my HRT care. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. They take the time to answer questions, listen to concerns, and make the entire process feel easy and supportive. I always feel valued as a patient and appreciate the genuine care they provide. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Alpine Apothecary for excellent customer service, very friendly staff, and a selection of many wonderful products. The staff go above and beyond to help customers. As a local, I really appreciate having Alpine Apothecary as a trusted pharmacy in our community.
