They take the time to answer my questions, make the process easy, and genuinely care about providing excellent customer service. It's refreshing to work with people who go above and beyond every time. I highly recommend going to this branch, and a big thank you to Carolynn and Mark for always taking such great care of us!
I just had an awesome experience here with Carolyn and their team. The new renovation is amazing. I love being able to walk up to a teller and not talk over a screen and a phone. Everyone here is incredibly kind and professional.
After working in hospitality for 10 years, the golden rule was, if you can remember the returning guest’s name, you are doing pretty good job, that’s what Carolyne did today. Even before the branch renovation, Ive always love to do my transactions in this branch. Very welcoming, staffs and so friendly. Even better with after the renovation. Cant asked for more. Kodus to Antigone and Maribel for staying on top of everything even a single detail they will definitely ask and help you above and beyond. Stunning branch!!! Love it.
Love this branch! Very convenient inside the Market at Park City. Always friendly, competent service -- and new open desk setup is a welcome change.
