I came in about 30 minutes to close hoping to quickly deposit my cash and I was able to accomplish that and much more due to the incredible help of Josh! He warmly greeted me and quickly deposited my cash, but what truly stood out was how he went out of his way to briefly, but very informatively and kindly educate me on the different accounts available and how I could maximize the return on my money in my accounts. Josh effortlessly and efficiently set up these accounts for me and I was very grateful for it! Great customer service here! Will definitely be back 😁
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've had a great experience with this branch. Carolynn and Mark are always incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. They take the time to answer my questions, make the process easy, and genuinely care about providing excellent customer service. It's refreshing to work with people who go above and beyond every time. I highly recommend going to this branch, and a big thank you to Carolynn and Mark for always taking such great care of us!
So I went in to dispute a couple minor charges on my credit card and was helped by Antigone, She noticed that there were a few more charges than I was expecting and she spent an hour going through my credit card charges and helping me dispute all of them. It ended up being $2800 in fraudulent charges. She was extremely kind and very thorough and I really appreciated her help. This branch in America first in general and their employees have never done me wrong and I’m gonna continue to come back to this branch specifically for years to come thanks again
I just had an awesome experience here with Carolyn and their team. The new renovation is amazing. I love being able to walk up to a teller and not talk over a screen and a phone. Everyone here is incredibly kind and professional.
After working in hospitality for 10 years, the golden rule was, if you can remember the returning guest’s name, you are doing pretty good job, that’s what Carolyne did today. I didn’t approached the counter yet and she remembered my name, that’s pretty good. Thank you for your help every time you are very helpful. ( Snow Creek branch)
