Chris (owner) and Big Splash have been servicing our hot tub for 5 years now. We're there part time and he and his team give us that extra set of eyes we trust to maintain and prevent issues with our hot tub that also sees a lot of guest use. As a DIY home owner, I love that element of communication, responsiveness and service that allows me to make real time decisions when I'm not there. Nick J has been an awesome tech and hearing from Chris from time to time is always great that I never feel they're too big to stay in touch with their customers. Thank you

Worked with the big splash team for the last few years for servicing and they have been awesome. Recently they helped me get a new hot tub and made it super easy. We have been using Big Splash to service our Sundance Optima jacuzzi weekly since 2017. We would not use anyone else! Chris has always been so wonderful and reliable. Always super responsive! Our jacuzzi is always hot, pristine and always smells super fresh and clean. The few times our jacuzzi has needed repairs over the last 8 years Chris has made those repairs happen within the week.
