Great products but wholly smokes you waste paper! I just bought a tiny carabiner and attached was a folded multi page brochure. Poor trees. Oh, and then there was the plastic used to attach the brochure and your an outdoor company! Ps shame on you Black Diamond

Super helpful people in the store. And I was super disappointed when I purchased some ski pants and they went on sale the next day for 25% off. I went back to the store and they nicely said that sucks for you. So I called the factory and they said the same thing. Beware, Black Diamond does not honor discounts like other companies. Good products, lousy customer service!

We were browsing through your amazingly cool store and had such a great experience. The sales person was so awesome. She helped with the products, answering questions on sizes, and was so attentive...asking about us and our life experiences as we shopped. We felt so welcomed. Thank you for such a great shopping/browsing experience!

Super helpful and friendly, they helped me figure out my size and pick out the right pants for my needs. Big fan of black diamond outdoor gear and their apparel was surprisingly nice too.

This is an awesome store with great customer service. The store is huge with 3 levels. The items for sale are great quality.
