The Park City staff that helped us were very knowledgeable and made the rental process super simple. They explained all operations of the e-bikes including tips to make starting up easier. They also gave us tips on where to ride including fun off road gravel trails.
We had an outstanding experience with Black Tie in renting bikes. The personnel there have outstanding customer service skills and the bikes were perfect. We were a group of 3 from Florida that were not familiar with the area. With the great suggestions and guidance from their team, we had an awesome experience. We highly suggest renting bikes from Black Tie...I know we will!
After researching online, I decided to give Black Tie Ski Rental a try for our recent trip to Park City. Everything about the process was smooth. Claude was super helpful in getting our gear setup in our room. Pick up of the equipment was just a short text away after our last day of skiing. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a convenient rental process in Park City.
Best ski rental service-hands down! Came on time. Straight to my hotel room. Even switched out my skis for powder skis (meeting me at the base of the mountain.). Boots were comfortable. Skis were great. Helmet was clean and comfortable. They made it extremely easy. Returning the skis is just as easy. Leave them outside and they come pick them up.
Easy. Great gear. The girl that came to help my kids on their first ski trip was very sweet and great with my children. I highly recommend them.
