We worked closely with Sandy to ensure we were filling out our bankruptcy paperwork correctly and she was amazing to work with. She was incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, and answered our endless questions in a timely manner. Chip was also great to work with. We had two phone call with him. The first was a consultation on what to expect if we hired him and the second was right before our 341 meeting. During both phone calls he was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure all our questions were answered. The day before our 341 meeting he texted us and provided us with a YouTube video of himself explaining what to expect at the 341 meeting which was very helpful and made us feel less anxious. Then the next day we had our phone call with Chip so he could answer any questions and reiterate what to expect which was great because I did have some questions after watching the YouTube video. This whole process went smoothly and we can’t thank Sandy and Chip enough for that and everything else. We haven’t started the free rebuilding course just yet since I’ve been recovering from surgery, but we plan on getting started soon. Thank you again to the two of you for everything. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and with how the process went.

Extremely happy with the how our case was handled. We received clear communications and replies to questions and concerns in a timely manner. We were prepped very well by Chip and Sandy about what to expect, things could not have possibly gone smoother for us. It was very clear in our creditor meeting that other attorneys were not prepping their clients nearly as well as we were prepped. Would absolutely recommend Chip to anyone and everyone.
