Rarely have I ever witnessed first hand someone doing so many many many things outside the scope of their job description, all in the name of customer satisfaction. I recently worked with Courtney Rutledge to update my policy an make sure I have appropriate coverage. She was very helpful and knowledgable. Danita and her team at State Farm consistently go above and beyond to take care of us, from timely and courteous communication, to helping structure our many insurance needs in such a way as to save money but also get extremely good coverage.
