My binding broke midway through season and I was planning on getting new ones at the end of the season sale. Thankfully, when I called, they said it can be fixed with replacement part. I drove down after work (store closes at 6, I arrived at 5:55) and Piper was extremely accommodating and stayed after her shift to install the new part. Thank you Piper!

Great shop with a really friendly vibe. The staff was super helpful and took the time to answer questions without trying to upsell me. They answered all my questions and helped me compare options until I felt confident in the decision. Ended up buying a High Fidelity snowboard and couldn’t be happier with it

Store manager Tom Ritter is truly amazingly. He helped us twice, once to heat mold my room snowboard boots and once to fixed the broken Boa. He is very skilled and professional. Best attitude and customer service. He’s also incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. It’s Christmas Day and he’s the only person working in the busy store. He managed to multi-task in such a professional way to make sure every customer is taken care of: He also went above and beyond to make sure everything worked perfectly for us. He deserves 100 star rating.

I had an amazing experience renting from the Burton store in Park City last week. A few things stood out, including location right next to the chairlift, the demo rental gear was nice and most of all the customer service experience by Sylvan P. was very good. Making my trip incredible. Thanks!

Definitely a little let down by this place. Spent a good amount of money two weeks ago on a whole new set up. I absolutely love my board and binding set up. The boots though.. they have destroyed my ankle due to the achilles heal holder. It was my bad for not doing more research on it. Although, making the customer aware of that warranty should be a thing. I have a pair of $400 boots that are now worthless to me. I love shopping here and have only bought my stuff from here but yesterday really put a bad taste in my mouth for this spot. If your reading this make sure your aware of the warranty and what that entails before buying your major boarding stuff from here.
