If you're reading this review- just give them your business already. Recently went on a board trip with friends and one of them accidentally grabbed one of my boots and returned them as a rental pair to this location. I thought I'd lost my sole mate forever but not only did they find it but shipped it free back to me. Maybe I had used all my good karma but this is THE definition of amazing customer service. Thank you so much for making a rainy day that much brighter for me!

Great and fast service by Carlos! Always in a great mood when we drop off and pick up the skis. Quick joke with kids and always wiling to help out when our hands were full. And just very practical when we stay at the Marriott and just have to cross the bridge.

I wish I could give this place 5 stars! Customer service and staffing is absolutely top notch. They are very friendly and helpful. The only reason 4 starts is because the rental snowboarding boots are horrendously uncomfortable. I’m hoping they will consider switching brands. Myself and two others that rented snowboarding boots specifically all had the same issues and after a few runs it really takes away from the experience of getting on the mountain. I switched to skis and the gear was great but others wouldn’t have that option.

Such a great rental experience at Christy Sports in Park City! The team was friendly from the moment I walked in and helped me find the right snowboard for my skill level right away. The process was quick, the prices were great, and the location is super convenient to the ski resort. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Definitely the place to go if you’re renting gear in Park City.🏂

Jacob saved my trip. Spent all day with bad new boots from Ohio on Thursday. The team made sure I left the shop with boots that fit and allowed me to ski and feel great today. I will be returning! Highly recommended!
