What an awesome bike shop. I brought my mountain bike in after discovering a minor issue and was taken care of by Steven, who was thorough, very friendly, and effectively explained what he assessed and changed. I also appreciate this shop for supporting Team Sugar, one of the local women's MTB groups. I've only had great experiences at White Pine!
5 stars — do the guided tour, it's THE way to ride Park City. Booked the 5-hour guided mountain bike tour in late September. They shuttled us up to Guardsman Pass and we rode the Wasatch Crest down — 25+ miles of singletrack, flow forever, huge descent, and the aspens were going gold the whole way. Unreal day. Our guide Vince was fantastic — super knowledgeable about the trails and the area, dialed the pace perfectly, and flat-out showed me the best time. The whole operation was seamless: bike, shuttle, logistics all handled, you just show up and ride. If you're a mountain biker visiting Park City, don't try to figure it out yourself — book White Pine and ask for Vince. Highly recommended. I'll be back.

We had an outstanding mountain bike ride. They were very helpful in setting up our ride based on the various skill levels. It was a lot of fun but boy was it a workout!! Highly recommend their services.
