We had an outstanding mountain bike ride. They were very helpful in setting up our ride based on the various skill levels. It was a lot of fun but boy was it a workout!! Highly recommend their services.
Had an exceptional time on the AIARE1 course with White Pine this weekend. Our instructors Kelly, Tim and Kyle were exceptional - very knowledgeable, patient and fun. And all of White Pine logistics and support were top notch. 10/10 recommend. (Also, if you’re thinking of doing any backcountry touring definitely take this course. Ideally with WP).
We had the best time mountain biking for the first time with Art! He was knowledgeable, patient and so helpful teaching us. We had a lovely experience with White Pine Touring. Highly recommend!
My 8 year old son and I had an awesome mountain bike ride with our guide Julie. She started out by getting us comfortable on our bikes and teaching us some basic skills. The bikes were very new and great quality and fit for us. Then we were off for 3 hours of fun biking in Park city. It was challenging and had amazing views! My son wanted to keep going but I was definitely worn out by the end of the tour. Will definitely do this again when back in Park City.
I hired White Pine for a private guided mountain bike ride in Park City in July. Hans was my guide and was fantastic! He was open to my ability (or lack of) and suggested a ride based on my ability. I'm from the midwest and have ridden midwest trails and a couple of mountain trails so I'm a beginner - intermediate rider. We went out for a 3 hour ride and I had a blast. I told him I wanted to learn the 'right way' to do things so he included instructions on switchbacks, riding over loose gravel vs big rocks and how to adjust my seating for uphill vs downhill. I learned a lot and had so much fun... plus, saw a ton of great scenery along the way. We rode up above Park City, towards Deer Valley, then road back down towards the Ability Center. I don't remember all the trails we rode, but they were all trails and only took to the road briefly to get to another trail. My bike was amazing, too... the best bike I've every ridden. We rented bikes earlier in our vacation from a resort company and those were rough compared to the sweet Specialized I rode from White Pine. Hans said all their rental MTBs are of the same caliber. I'd do my bike rentals directly from White Pine in the future, too. I'd highly recommend White Pine Touring for your mountain bike riding in Park City... and if you're looking for a guide, request Hans!
