Maci set us up on our Specialized bikes for the Rail Trail, appreciate his great attitude and making sure we were good to go, had a great ride. We initially set up the reservation a couple of days earlier and the guys took care of us. I highly recommend this bike shop, the workers are great!

We had an outstanding mountain bike ride. They were very helpful in setting up our ride based on the various skill levels. It was a lot of fun but boy was it a workout!! Highly recommend their services.

I am heading out of town for the weekend, and I needed a super quick fix. I had a flat tire, and I needed my pedals changed over. I didn’t have any of my tools, so I went into the shop at 4:15 p.m. and they closed at 5:00 p.m. on a Friday. My bike was kind of dirty, and when I pulled up, I asked the guy working in the shop if I could use the hose outside the building, and he said no. Fine. I then went inside and asked to get my tire fixed and pedals switched over quickly, and he said no. They couldn’t help me because they had too many other bikes to fix. He said it would take 2 days for the work to be done. I then asked if I could purchase the tube and walk out to my car and switch it myself. All I would need was a pedal wrench and 2 tire levers. He said no. I could not borrow a pedal wrench for 5 minutes. I could not borrow 2 tire levers. He was also extremely unfriendly about it.

Had an awesome experience with the mountain bikes we rented from White Pine. Francis went above and beyond to make sure we were setup on the right bikes and game planned the right trails. Highly recommend!!

My 8 year old son and I had an awesome mountain bike ride with our guide Julie. She started out by getting us comfortable on our bikes and teaching us some basic skills. The bikes were very new and great quality and fit for us. Then we were off for 3 hours of fun biking in Park city. It was challenging and had amazing views! My son wanted to keep going but I was definitely worn out by the end of the tour. Will definitely do this again when back in Park City.
