Out of all my wedding vendors, Cuisine Unlimited was the best to work with! I had two coordinators I worked with (one that left a few months before the event and then Isabelle as the replacement) and both were amazing - they always responded in a timely manner, happily made numerous adjustments to my order, had great menu ideas and went above and beyond in so many ways. There were zero issues with food or staff on the day of the event, and most importantly the food was delicious. I definitely recommend using CU as the caterer for your wedding or event!
We can’t say enough good things about Cuisine Unlimited! We chose them because they provide all-inclusive staffing, rentals, food, and event support, and as a DIY bride, I knew I didn’t want to be putting out fires on the day of. Abby and Jaden were invaluable every step of the way! From our first tasting with Abby, where we explored table scaping, glasses, plates, silverware, linens, and all the fun details - to the planning calls and emails leading up to the wedding, communication was phenomenal. Abby completely understood our vision and even sent back mock-ups for food and décor ideas. She was an absolute joy to work with. Jaden was also a part of our weekly planning meetings and calls during the last month ahead of the wedding and joined in email correspondence, helping keep everything organized and on track. On the day of, he was a huge help, especially at the end of the night, taking charge of cleanup and coordinating rentals from other vendors so everything was ready for pickup which was a huge relief! The food was incredible! Especially considering the venue didn’t have a full kitchen. The chef absolutely nailed it, and we still get compliments from guests! Drinks were top-notch, and everything ran so smoothly. I highly recommend Cuisine Unlimited for anyone who wants to maintain control of their day but also have a dedicated, talented team bringing their full vision to life. They really knocked it out of the park!
We used Cuisine Unlimited for what felt like absolutely everything at our wedding. They helped us from the start catering a very tailored menu of fusion foods to help make our interracial wedding absolutely beautiful. We also used Cuisine Unlimited as our vendor to bring all of our rentals, so they brought our tables, flatware, plateware, chairs, linens. Outside of all the planning and decisions they helped us perfectly land with those two topics, Abby and Elysia from their team also found us our DJ within our budget and helped so much on day-of tasks. Elysia helped me with my collar and filled our flower cones down the aisle even though it wasn't their job to do. Abby ALWAYS was so quick to respond and really cared for every piece of feedback we had. Their team did such a good job of flipping our space to host our wedding ceremony and our dinner. As long as Abby and Elysia are at the company, I highly recommend Cuisine Unlimited for your wedding.
Loved working with Cuisine Unlimited! They were so fast at getting me a price breakdown and gave me great options for hors d’oeuvres that fit within the specified color palate. People always eat with their eyes first and the presentation was just as beautiful as the food was delicious! Excited to work with them again!
