The people are awesome, the food was great, the shakes were incredible! I just simply can’t give it 5 stars, because it shouldn’t cost a small fortune to feed 4 people at a “fast food style” restaurant, even in the outskirts of Park City. I figured it would be up there, but not that much!
The food was fresh and hot! We got it to our table less than 5 minutes after stepping through the door. And when we did walk in, we were greeted immediately! The manager at this place is really incredible, it’s always hard to find service like this anymore. I would recommend this shack 10000% it is a solid 10/10!! Oscar, you are seriously the best!!
Shake shack is always delicious and fresh. This location is very clean and friendly. This is a great place to grab a quick and yummy meal. We were greeted with a smile and a big thank you for coming as we left. The music was choice and not obnoxious.
Had no expectations going to grab food here but WOW the service was unexpectedly great. The manager at the front was very attentive and so nice! The food was also really good and don’t get me started on the key lime shake, which the manager recommended! 10/10 experience.
Good fast food chain with tasty food and friendly staff. Known for their hand-spun milkshakes - we tried the vanilla, strawberry and chocolate, and all were delicious. They also have specialty flavored shakes. Crinkle fries were yummy. Burgers taste great. We went during a peak time and it was quite busy, but plenty of staff and they were doing a good job of keeping up with demand. You can order at the till or there are also several self-serve computers. There is a fair amount of seating for dining in and some outside seating across the way. It is also popular to take food to go. You can order ahead of time online. This opened in the outlets in January 2026 and was a welcome edition for many people.
