Just got off the phone with Wendy at earth elements and she was so helpful! I’ve enjoyed working with her, Hunter, and Shea so far as a project coordinator at a custom home builder in park city.
Worst delivery of fixtures I've ever seen on a construction site. Total disregard for the other trades and the items being delivered.
long story short my friend and i drive all the way out to Park City, UT from Scottsdale, AZ to go to Earth Elements Design Center. we made the appointment weeks in advance with Shea Jackson the showroom manager. when we arrived for our appointment, Shea was off, and none of the staff at Earth Elements knew anything about our appointment. we asked if we could see anyone else and we were told they could not accommodate us without an appointment. we were then instructed by Earth Elements staff to make another appointment and they would see us next time we take a trip to Park City, UT. my friend and i were beyond disgusted and it was the worst customer service we have ever experienced especially coming from out of state. but it was meant to happen this way cause when we were driving around we found this other design center, that was open, and they were the nicest people we met by chance, they took time out to help us, made wonderful suggestions on our design plans, and got us the tile, hardwood flooring, vanities, and finishingsk we needed for our master bathroom renovations. so thank you Earth Elements, thank you very much.
