I reached out a week ago to get records information only to receive a call today from a male asking me to fill out a release of information form. Which is fine. What isn't fine is during the initial call I was told those records would be forwarded in 72 hours. This follow up call occurred today. THE DAY I needed my records by. The individual on the phone asked me who I had spoken with. The woman who I chatted with did not identify herself as front desk or call center (who does even when working front desk???). The man I spoke with immediately blamed the communication on the call center or to own up to the fact that his office/company messed up. He told me I could escalate the situation by giving me a phone number. I declined and told him that they needed to correct their mistake. Giving a patient another number to call is a sign that A. They don't care. B. A run around to accomplish less work. I have done this man's job. It is not that hard to call or send an email or message. What I encountered with LAZINESS, SLOPPY WORK, AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. He would have been fired if he worked at a different office. I did end up calling the individuals in charge of records because the laziness involved made it clear the man I spoke to was not going to do his job. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the gal I spoke with was quite lovely. UPDATE: RECORDS HAVE NOT BEEN RECIEVED- SHOCKER
Dr. Veghte is a wonderful provider. Having recently moved back to the area and after reconnecting with her as a patient, she was patient, kind and supportive in our visit. She really worked to make sure I left with all questions answered and a plan we both agreed to. I’d highly recommend her!
The staff at PC Round Valley Clinic are courteous, caring and professional. And my healthcare provider, Kathleen Thomas, always takes the time to discuss my health concerns and treatment options with me. She is efficient and caring, which I greatly appreciate. I've been going there for many years and will continue to do so.
Dr. Van Der Ahe is not only a skilled professional, but also compassionate. He is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the time he took to talk with me and address all of my concerns. I felt genuinely cared for during my visit.
The visit was really quite good. The receptionist was very pleasant and efficient. The nurse was great and took my blood painlessly. Dr Veghte addressed my concerns and ordered tests to diagnose any problems. Dr. Veghte is so pleasant and positive she could cure her patients by those qualities alone.
