I had a very unfortunate experience at PC Ortho, and I was very disappointed with them. I had a consultation appointment, and they didn't take me back for scans until about 15 minutes after I checked in. Then, after being scanned, I waited another 15 or so minutes before being taken back into an office. I was talked at for about 45 minutes waiting for the dentist to come in to review my scans. The assistant kept trying to remind the dentist, but he was busy, and they said he'd come in when he was finished. I told them that I had to leave because I had work and I had been there for over an hour. When the dentist was done with his work, we heard him start drilling, beginning new work and completely skipping me. I ended up leaving without any consultation, and it was a complete waste of my time.

The team at Park City Orthodontics and Dr. Blackham were fantastic in their treatment of our kiddo! Smile is gorgeous, space was made where there was none, and the office is professional and easy-going. Was a joy to have our child treated by such a fantastic group!
