Jim is a tax wizard. I thought I worked with competent accountants before. But Jim and his firm has exceeded my expectations while lowering my tax burden. He also has some sage advice on investments which helped me out a lot. Couldn't recommend him and his staff more.
Brandon is the most incompetent accountant I have ever encountered. I don't believe he is reflective of the company, just a bad seed. Nothing is ever his fault. It's always the systems fault or a technical glitch, which is the same.
