I have been in this business for over 20 years so I've seen it all. Unfortunately for the most part the Auto Industry especially in the way of sales has earned its bad reputation. Every once in a while I'll stumble across a dealership that is kind, considerate, thorough and that follows through on their commitments. Karl Malone Park City Ford is a rare one. Great people, they team up and are efficient and great at what they do. Even after the point of sale Liz was so good at communicating the funding process with the lender. They are one of the good ones. I highly recommend.
Drove to KM Park City from Rapid City to pick up my truck. Sales and finance folks are kind, considerate, and worked for my business. I took a risk driving 650 miles to get the truck outfitted and priced to my expectations. I appreciate my Sales staff Sam, and finance staff Esteban and Derrick. I bought a 24' F350 from Ryan Arnett here. It was a great experience and I've loved the truck! There have been multiple things I've needed after the purchase that Ryan has always been super quick to handle for me. I will go back to Ryan for future vehicle purchases for sure.
