Always a great time here at the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium. The new wing is very cool. You can see the coconut crab, clouded leopards, komodo dragon and so much more. Don't forget to spend some time in the shark tunnel. It's a great way to get out of the house and learn something new, the educators are awesome.

I HIGHLY recommend getting an annual pass here if you have littles and live nearby. There are so many things to do that it feels like going to a different place and the kids won't get bored from going multiple times. If your kids are 2 and under they get in for free and you just use your adult annual pass to go in with them. They have an outdoor playground, a small water table that my 1.5 year old could play at with supervision, fun large animal scultures to see outside, pavilions and tables outback to enjoy a little lunch with trash cans available, different exibit rooms from animals around the world and the animals are treated well. They also have an indoor playground for I think $3 that is like one of those old mcdonalds play towers except with led lights and foam padding. For the smaller kids there is a place for 2 and under. The only reason for 4 stars is because the gift shop is unreasonable with their prices (like $30 for a small plushy). And it's right by the front door totally open with huge walkways, so I see a lot of parents having issues with disappointed kids upon having to leave because they can't spend $50-$100 at the gift shop every time. I will say anual members get 10% off but it still doesn't feel worth it to me. Otherwise, this place is great.

Fantastic experience! Lots to see, definitely take your time to go around and visit everything! The touch pools were great :) the staff were very reassuring and educational. The shark tunnel was excellent and teeming with life and movement. One of the best aquariums/zoos I have ever visited. The student discount made it very accessible and there are lots of elevators and wide walking areas making it easy to navigate even when it’s busy.

This place is absolutely incredible and so much fun for everyone! You learn so much about plants and animals from all over the world. Since the campus is quite spread out, I recommend starting with the outdoor area right as you walk in. Head to the right first to check out the massive 'Claw' structure (it's hard to miss!) and explore the outdoor sights. Then, make your way inside and stick to the right side to see the Asia exhibits, followed by the Utah and South American sections. By the time you finish those, you’ll likely be feeling a bit tired. I suggest heading to the snack bar then—it's a great way to refuel and get your energy back for the rest of the building. It makes the whole experience much more enjoyable when you aren't rushing. Highly recommended for a full day of discovery

Went on a field trip and what a dynamic place! The staff was so amazing with the kids and answering questions for a couple of students who were able to chat for a second! Also the touch pools were the kids favorite place to learn and there is a a great variety of things to see and do! Kudos to the musical playground area cuz it was great way to burn enough energy for lunch and the ride home!!! I would say that you have benches scattered throughout the facilities nice in case someone needed to sit for a couple seconds! The rope bridge was cool and fun! Thanks for such an amazing experience for our kids on their field trip!
