I used to have a good experience but all the good massage therapists no longer work here. In addition, I was blindsided when someone at the desk told me I could freeze my account so I could still use my credits until I used up my balance. What they didn't tell me was that I would be charged $20/mo to do that. Then, I booked an hour massage transferred to my husband. The person on the phone said ok, I have your 90 minute booked. I thought perfect, he'll just have a longer massage. Again, they didn't tell me only 1 hr can be transferred so charged me for the balance. Then I asked for the GM to call me... no call, no solution. Then I asked to get the rest of my credits used within the month so I didn't have to pay anymore fees, the lady on the phone told me I had 4 hrs left, so she booked me 2-2hr massages. Come to find out, I only had 3.5 credits, so then they made me pay again for something I was told differently. This place is a scam and they try to hoodwink you by not telling you the fees, not being transparent, and frankly, not caring about the customer. Have canceled my membership and will not be back.
Visiting from New York, I decided to try the Park City Massage Envy and it turned out to be a hidden gem. The staff warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, and the treatments were excellent.The lighting was soft, creating a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Blake, my massage therapist, was truly exceptional. On another level with being able to pinpoint the stress points . If you like deep, effective work, Blake’s strong hands are unmatched. Tried the cbd add on i was skeptical but it was well worth it .
I bet I am the longest member! I have been going to Massage Envy in Park City for 12 years now religiously every month. I’ve gone through different therapists, but I’ve been with Blake for as long as I can remember now. I would never change. He is the absolute best and has the strongest hands! Highly recommend!
I love massage envy. I have been a member for 3 years now and It has been wonderful. A huge shout out to Blake, he is AMAZING. If you get a massage from him you will walk away feeling soooo much better.
The manager at this location does his job exceptionally well, and his customer service is outstanding. He consistently makes sure clients’ needs are met, takes the time to listen to all complaints and concerns, and is always open to feedback and criticism. He truly goes above and beyond what is expected of him, creating a positive experience for both customers and staff.
