My husband and I loved our experience at Plunj! If you’ve never cold plunged before I highly recommend. Super invigorating and you’ll feel so relaxed and reset in the following hours. Slept like a baby! The staff was welcoming, attentive and the facility was very well maintained and clean. We will definitely be back! Thank you
Did a post-skiing boys hour at the Park City Plunj and it was terrific. The cold was wicked cold and the hot was lovely. Owner who was working the desk is super helpful, friendly and accommodating. LOTS of amenities like hydration drink and herbal teas. Super clean. Will def be back!
I honestly hesitated to write this review—because places like this are rare, and once everyone finds out about them, they’re never the same. Part of me wanted to keep this gem to myself. But it would be unfair not to share how incredible this experience was.PLUNJ is a true 10/10. Everything is exceptionally clean and thoughtfully maintained. The sauna sessions are elevated with beautifully chosen aromas that make the experience feel next-level. The cold plunge is outstanding—high quality, perfectly refreshing, and spotless. Every detail feels intentional, calm, and premium. Special thanks to the host—an absolutely wonderful woman who made the experience even better. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. And the view… just wow. Looking out the window while relaxing made the whole visit unforgettable. We enjoyed every single moment here and will definitely be back—hopefully before too many people discover how amazing this place really is.
We had an amazing experience at Plunj! The facility is spotless and beautifully designed. The sauna is spacious and comfortable, and the cold plunge is a perfect complement. Staff were attentive—adding steam regularly, providing plenty of water and towels, and answering any questions. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of the experience. Highly recommend after a long hike or ski day!
I am so happy that I had the chance to experience all things Plunj at the Park City location. Not only do I feel like this therapy helped my traveling recovery, but everything was such a wonderful touch from the essential oils, to the hot tea, to the support through the whole routine. A must try if you are in the area! P.s. you will most definitely get the best sleep after as well ᵕ̈
