Amazing products! I always look for third party tested supplements and this company passes! not only that they have peer reviewed medical papers to look at regarding many of the supplements and their assistance to health. Great prices for high quality! Lastly, a real human to help you on the customer service line. So glad I found them!
Never received my last subscription order due on Feb 6th. It’s been over 10 days and I’ve emailed, chatted with their bot and left voicemails but still no response. I can’t recommend a company with such horrible customer service. There phone lines are recordings with the only option is to leave a voicemail. The chat bot has no escalation to live agent. And they don’t reply to their online forms. If you have a delivery issue there is no way to report it and get a response.
What I love most about Momentous is that it is fully researched and backed with science. I know, I have met their product development team and scientists! I feel good about taking their products knowing they are safe and FDA approved, especially the creatine. Their products also taste great! For a long effort, Fuel is the greatest treat and keeps me hydrated all day. And the protein flavors are so delicious.
I would give this 0 stars if possible. Took 3 weeks to receive product, 3 emails before anyone responded to my simple questions about the location of my order, my online order status was never updated, and when it arrived it wasn't even the product/kit I ordered. I accept the world is short staffed and would have accepted a 'sorry about that' or we are quite delayed email, but didn't even get that. Unfortunately I won't be a returning customer.
Love this product! I've had the pleasure of meeting with members of the organization and they are a great group of people. I would highly recommend testing out their PR lotion product. I primary use it for mountain biking but am looking forward to using it during ski season as well as at the gym.
