My experience with “My Hearing Centerl in Orem, Utah was wonderful. The receptionist Matty was informative, consistent, helpful, and kind. Keith, the gentleman, who helped us was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, which were many. He was kind, thoughtful, and helped when I had questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking help with hearing issues. Jackie B.

My Hearing Center does a very nice job when fitting hearing aids. They are kind and thoughtful, considerate of one’s feelings and needs. I personally approve of their expertise and patience.

I bought my hearing aids from here a couple years ago now and have been very happy with the results. I come in every few months and they check that every thing is working properly (which it it has been!!!) and make any necessary adjustments. As I travel frequently it is comforting to know they can be adjusted to fit my needs!

Everything has been a fantastic and liberating experience. From the receptionist to the doctor himself. They have been extremely helpful and accommodating. I just got my hearing aids a few days ago. The doctor listened to my feedback and changed out the rubber tips and it made such a difference. The financial paperwork was explained fully. The hearing aids themselves are so lightweight that I forget that I am wearing them. I would honestly recommend this office to anyone I know that needed help with their hearing. For my family, it has been amazing to not have to ask people to repeat themselves repeatedly. Amazing office. Amazing care. Run, do not walk to this office for your hearing care and needs.

I went to Dr. Keith Reber 18 months ago to upgrade my hearing aids. After a thorough hearing test and review, I purchased new hearing aids. I was so impressed with the quality and how much better my hearing was. Since then I have had regular follow up visits with Dr. Reber and I am very satisfied with the professionalism and work he does. If you want good hearing, go to Keith Reber.
