Park City Gun Club caters not just to the experienced shooter, but to the novice as well. We strive to introduce newcomers to the world of target shooting and self defense. We provide an atmosphere where women, kids, and families of all skill levels feel welcome and can have a great time in Park City, Utah. Our current hours are Tuesday-Sunday 10 am-6 pm (Closed Monday).

Can’t say enough about this place. I highly recommend their cleaning services and gunsmithing; I wish I remembered the gentleman’s name that does it all but he’s so great to work with. He’s knowledgeable but not at all pretentious about it. Once you make an account with them you can drop your guns off in minutes for cleaning and get them back the same week. He got two done for me in three days when I had to leave for a trip! Amazing location as well, literally right off the highway for us valley folk.
This place is solid. Squared away if you are an experienced shooter. They have instruction and other resources that will match your skill level. For instance, you'll be able to get signed off to draw from a holster and not limited by pace of fire or other rules you see at some other ranges. Great selection of rental equipment if you are traveling from out of town and some fun full auto options at reasonable prices per belt/magazine. Their instructors are drawn from the competitive shooting/special operations crowds and do a good job of identifying and teaching to skill level--not holding you back and providing meaningful instruction despite probably never working with you before. If you are new to shooting, they are solid with respect to fundamentals and safety. Welcoming to all and the facilities are top notch. I'd be 100% comfortable recommending this place to any of my friends that are looking to go try out shooting knowing they'd be doing so in a safe environment with solid facilities.
OWNERSHIP CHANGE: Used to come here for time on the range. Really the only option in park city. Facility is still nice and I’m sure the staff are great too. It has been repositioned as a more luxury experience for out of towners with prices more than doubling especially for monthly passes. And almost doubling for day pass and rentals. Really wish they did something to keep locals around but it’s all about money these days I guess. It is now unfortunately cheaper to drive down to salt lake. Edit: the business replied to me but unfortunately google doesn’t let you reply. $45/mo to $99/mo is not an incremental increase. Their prices reflect 100yd lanes but they max out at 25yd. It is a great shop and I want to people to know that. But they’re not being completely transparent about their “incremental” price increases. Also they claim in their response that most of their crowd is local but most of the recent reviewers are out of towners and there’s clearly some locals in the reviews that are unhappy as well.
Phenomenal experience . Came from New York City area where the gun laws are highly restricted . The gentlemen behind the counter were very informative and gave solid advice to make the rental session more enjoyable. Would definitely be my go to shooting range if lived anywhere in the park city / slc area . I didn’t get the instructors name who helped me decide on the automatic rifle rentals but the both the Scar Light and heavy where a body to shoot . Thanks you guys for a great time .
This was the most amazing place we have ever been. Beautiful, clean , a wonderful place to sit and watch if you choose not to shoot. The guys Frank and Dave and Dave #2 were so helpful and fun. So patient. Great guns for sale as well. Thank you so much. We can’t to get back.
