Super helpful staff but more expensive than I wanted to pay. GIve great suggestions on where to look for repairs i needed. But in the end found used boots because my pocket can't hold the cash for Park city ski boots. My boots were ratchet strap designed and that's not a fixable component for these guys

I am a resort skier in my sixties with 40 years under my belt. My last pair of boots were purchased over 15 years old and I was hesitant to get new ones until they were literally falling apart since it took forever to get them comfortable. Brent is the consummate professional. His knowledge and experience is second to none. I searched extensively (instructors, ski patrol, racers, etc. ) to find the best bootfitter in the West to examine me and recommend the best fit for my specific anatomy. As you will find, Brent is the gold standard who teaches the rest of the industry! He has well over 4 decades of experience. Brent immediately knew exactly what I needed from just looking at my feet and calves, before ANY measurements! He astutely knew what boot options were best for my anatomy. We certainly tried multiple brands, but his initial suggestion was my best fit. I anticipated needing a better liner and Brent chose the ZipFit liner specifically for my anatomy. What a difference the correct boot, custom liner and custom footbed made! He also made small adjustments to the shell and liner to “fine tune” the good fit even better. I followed his instructions and skied several days and then returned for very small “tweaks” that made a really good and precise fit even better. Never once, did I feel pressured to upgrade to various products, etc. Brent was SO patient and LISTENED to my exact issues with pressure points and answered every question completely. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment with Brent, because he is so good and well respected, but it was absolutely worth it. If you are wanting to invest in boots which are comfortable and functional, you would not be disappointed with Brent and his colleagues. Terry Adkins

There’s a moment most skiers know but rarely talk about. It’s the moment when you stop thinking about your feet. For most of my life, that moment never really came. And I’ve been skiing for over 30 years. I assumed ski boots were supposed to hurt. Supposed to distract you a little. Supposed to be something you tolerated because skiing was worth it. Then I worked with Brent at Park City Ski Boots. And suddenly the noise disappeared. The boots held exactly where they should, and nowhere else. No pressure points. No adjusting. No thinking about my feet halfway down a run. Just skiing. If I ever need another pair of boots, I’d fly back to Park City just to work with Brent again. Because once you realize what skiing can feel like when something is done exactly right, it’s hard to go back. Thank you, Brent!. You brought my ski joy back to a whole new level.

My wife and I have purchased ski boots from Park City Ski Boot in the past and have been extremely pleased. This past May, I had a total knee replacement of my left knee due to a significant Varus knee (bow leg). The surgery was very successful and my leg is now straight however my previous ski boot became a nightmare and I thought my skiing days were over. Eric and Brent are both extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. They fit me with new boots that I am very pleased with, but even more importantly, they took the time to make adjustments as needed and to listen to my problems and I could not be happier with the results. They are true professionals, and I highly recommend them.

Couldn't be happier with my new boots! The staff was very knowledgeable and took me through the boot fitting process, explaining how they first pick the right boot then adjust where needed for the perfect fit. They were reluctant at first to even sell me a pair of boots since I was not going to be in town over the next few days in case I needed any adjustments. I trusted in thier abilities and ended up with an awesome pair of boots that over the next 4 skiing days got even better. I would highly recommend the shop. Sorry for my stinky end of day skiing feet :).
