Such a great experience here! Their prices are fantastic and everyone who works here is so helpful. To make a long story short someone picked up my skis one day while I was at lunch, and they immediately got me in a new pair for the rest of my trip and helped me look to find the original ones someone picked up accidentally. The employees (every single one) really make this place a 10/10, but the location and prices are also amazing. Thank you!!

This is our third year renting from Park City Sports and you just can’t find a more convenient place with better people. Stella, Austin, John and Brooke were the best this year! We got great equipment with a team always willing to help! Super friendly staff!

This was our family’s first time ever skiing, and Park City Sport made the whole experience feel so easy and stress-free. Pierce and Zane were absolutely amazing. They were both super knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to make sure we felt comfortable with all our gear. It was evident that they genuinely cared about helping us, not just rushing us through. The process was always quick, which made a huge difference, and the rental shop being so close to the mountain made everything incredibly convenient. Overall, the entire experience was wonderful and honestly way easier than we expected. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to skiing and would 100% recommend them!

I want to preface this review by saying that every employee was incredibly helpful and kind, but I have a gripe with the equipment. When I first got my gear and headed over to the base to strap in, I realized my helmet tightening strap was completely snapped in half, and I had to go return it for a new helmet. Midway through day 1, I realized that my front snowboard binding was not properly attached to the board and was very loose. I headed back down the mountain, and they swapped it immediately and apologized. Early on in day 2, after just one run, I noticed that the new front binding was partially torn and looked like it was bound to fully rip soon. I headed back down again, and decided to just switch to skis to save the hassle of inevitably swapping again. The employees were all very helpful and accommodating every time I came back to swap a piece of gear, but it’s pretty disappointing to get 3 different damaged pieces in 2 days.

I can’t say enough good things about the employees at this location! Excellent 5 star service! First equipping me with the best snowboard I’ve ever rented, always being friendly and helpful every time I entered, changing out boots and gear without any questions or negativity, and then to top it off the manager even refunding me some money for days that my daughter did not use her equipment! I couldn’t have asked for better! I stumbled upon this location while walking towards the slopes and looking for a place to rent gear and I’m so glad I did. I highly recommend this place for all your rental needs!
