Park City Title
Park City Title is a full title and escrow service provider. We perform and provide land title searches from online databases from Summit and Wasatch Counties. Escrow officers Nari, Stefanie, and Sam conduct closings in our beautiful conference rooms. Jade is our senior title officer and policy supervisor. She manages our Heber City office. We handle closings in Summit and Wasatch counties. If you are unable to personally attend a closing we can arrange to send packaged documents to you overnight. Notary services can also be set up for your convenience.Our offices have direct internet access to recorded documents in both Summit and Wasatch Counties and can file electronically throughout most of the state.
