Jim and his team went above and beyond to help me find the ideal ebike for my needs, patiently guiding me through the different models, prices, and features. They also provided exceptional after-sales service, including delivering the bike directly to my home. Fantastic experience! The ride up to Deer Valley and the Stein Erickson Lodge was the best ride we’ve ever done on electric bikes. Beautiful scenery and the folks at Pedego Park City were the best, so helpful and friendly.
Pedego provided excellent service, advice on routes to take, maps, and pouches for our water bottles so I could leave my backpack in the car. They even had a QR code I could scan so when I lost the map at electronic map at lunch, I had a backup I could use. They spent however long we needed before we left adjusting the seats and helping us with getting use to the e-bike features. All in all, first class treatment and plenty of bikes in stock, but I would recommend calling ahead and making a reservation online because they definitely could get busy with this type of service.
