Disappointing Customer Service Experience I'm sure POC has great products, but unfortunately, they seem to only care about making the sale and not about the customer's experience afterward. I never received my order, and when I reached out to them, they simply deflected responsibility. I had a long conversation with one of their agents, Shane, who was friendly and provided information, but it became clear that never had the true intention of actually helping me get the product in my hands. It’s unfortunate because I was really looking forward to using it. As much as I wanted to believe in their brand, this experience has left me with no choice but to find alternatives. I can't trust POC anymore when it comes to customer satisfaction.

Ordered helmet and googles from Canada. Being originally from Europe I was always a fan. Arrival from the US to western Canada was lightspeed (2 days). Both items weren't a good fit. Sent it back a month ago, shipment was delivered over two weeks ago according to tracking and haven't heard back so far. How come buying is easy but returning a hassle? Not to mention that the return cost me $30 CAD out of pocket. You can do better POC being a premium brand. I am not coming back. Sorely disappointed in product and service.

Customer support responded significantly faster than anticipated even on a holiday. I received a hassle-free replacement, no questions asked. They make the best looking helmets in the business and top notch customer support to boot.

Great company to deal with. I crashed while wearing a POC cycling helmet that I had recently purchased, and was very relieved and impressed that it had taken the entire impact and left me unscathed. I reached out to POC and they were good enough to provide me a crash discount on a replacement, in a very expedient manner. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a POC helmet again.

I purchased a new Tectal spin early this spring. The helmet has been exceptionally comfortable, secure, and I have nothing but good things to say about. I did wind up packing out the internal pads a bit, and reached out to their customer support who responded the same day asking where they should send the helmet replacement pads. Solid product, and solid customer service to follow up after the sale.
