Robert and his crew supervisor Greg were fantastic. Very customer oriented and task oriented. They showed up on-time and accomplished the work more quickly than they promised and cleaned up very well. They were priced comparably to other services that I received bids from. Highly recommend!
We had a huge mandatory fire- mitigation tree and brush clearing project around our yard after a recent construction project. My husband and I have always been skeptical of Save-a-Tree only because it is a national chain, and we don’t always trust that such businesses will be authentic or trustworthy. Our experience with them proved us entirely wrong. Our Salesman Tom was professional, personable, and sensible. He also was completely honest and apologetic when he realized that he had made a mistake. He called me to admit fault, and then discussed how the issue could be resolved. I can’t stress how unusual this is in today’s contractor world, and it is oh so refreshing and human. Now to say a word about the crew: well, they were awesome! Courteous, on time, friendly, and very hard working. I was really impressed. This was a big job, and they never got grumpy! I definitely recommend this company.
We had a crew headed by Parker out to remove some dead trees (13 or so) and do general tree pruning and skirting (for fire protection). Without exception, the crew was polite, interactive, and answered all of our questions. They were careful when it came to safety and did an excellent job of cleanup afterwards. Prior to their coming Sav-A-Tree's arborist Robert came by to help identify the trees which needed removal and those which could be skirted for the cause of fire prevention. He was very knowledgeable about the health of the trees, and which of those could be saved with remedial treatment. Also based on Robert's diagnosis of some ill trees, Amber came out to spray our conifers. Much like the crew we had today she was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable when it came to general horticultural questions.
I had the best experience with SavATree. Andrew was prompt while visiting to present a bid for the work. They were able to schedule my job 3 days after the bid was presented. Chris and Taylor from Orem were on time and prepared thoroughly when they arrived and began the job. They we're very thorough while trimming my three large elm trees. They showed my yard and me a great deal of respect and we're very courteous. Once the job was complete they cleaned everything up and left nothing behind. I highly recommend SavATree.
The moment we met Robbie from SavATree we knew we were in the right hands. He came to our home within a few days of our call, was very professional, made clear suggestions, and offered a proposal. The following week, Jack and Justin arrived early. We were immediately impressed with their obvious professionalism and expertise, their equipment and their gear! We were fascinated by their amazing agility, their ease in conversing with us as we watched, and the transformation of the trees from the seventeen years of dense foliage to lightness. On completion, they went the extra mile. They chipped the huge piles of cuttings, raked and blew the lawn, and then offered to chip a large number of dead trees we had cut down earlier in the summer. To say the least, it was a surprisingly fun and interesting experience. We cannot recommend SavATree more highly. We will definitely ask them to come again.
