This place has gone downhill so bad and paying 100$ a month for a gym that doesn't keep up their building or their equipment is insane to me. The owner needs to do better with the place or charge way less! The staff at the font dark however has been absolutely amazing !!!
Shay and Kay(La), see what I did there, were awesome when we visited this gym today. I’m from Texas and they gave us the most joyful welcoming that just made us smile. Mind you I walked in with a light saber and they immediately cracked up at such jedi shenanigans. But seriously it’s my first time here at Sundance and they were the burst of sunshine I needed as I hauled my butt to the gym. Once we got checked in we walked into the gym and wow it was huge. Every machine possible, lots of weights, and it wasn’t too full. They even have a heated swimming pool and a racquetball court. Needless to say this gym was the workout I needed with the side of joy that Shay and Kay gave us. Thank you both so much for a great experience!
Got a massage at the spa. Extra $ for add ons like aromatherapy, stones, cupping all make sense to me. Asked about pressure for my 75 minute massage and I said firm. Was told there was an extra charge for that - more than the other add on where I expected the charge. Massage wasn’t firm. Masseuse asked but I said it was fine, because it seemed pointless to say I wanted it more firm and less slippery rubbing. Couldn’t charge my card post session, so I put it on my alternative card where a tip couldn’t be added. I ended up tipping more than I would’ve (with all the upcharges) because I didn’t have smaller bills, I assumed they didn’t have change.
My husband and I stopped by Silver Mountain Sports Club to explore short-term options for visitors. Shea and Kayla at the front desk were amazing. They explained all the options, helped us get set up right away, and gave us a quick rundown of the club so we knew our way around. Excellent customer service and genuinely helpful team. We Really appreciated how friendly and informative they were.
Excellent spot for a day pass as I was traveling across the country. Great selection of machines and free weights, treadmills. Also had lockers, showers and a pool! Everything I needed all for $16. Can’t beat that
