My son broke a shift cable riding Woodward. I noticed it holding on by a strand when I picked him up. I found Storm Cycles close to our hotel. I Dropped in with all hopes they could get us squared away before going back to camp in the AM. These guys got me all set within 45 minutes with Insane fair pricing! Weโ€™re from out of town and when we come back up for the next trip I know the bike shop to go! Super big thanks to their team they definitely saved our us and kept my boy riding for the rest of his camp! I highly recommend! ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

Very poor customer service at Storm Cycles. Juan, the guy we spoke with, was rude and very arrogant when talking to customers, and I think he is one of the owners, which made the experience even more disappointing. I love biking and know many people in the biking community, and I would never recommend this shop to anyone based on my experience. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect when supporting a local business.

I had a disappointing experience at Storm Cycles. One of the employees literally told us that when you buy a bar from them, they will install it for free, so we decided to proceed and drove all the way from 40 minutes away because of that. However, when it was time to pay, we were suddenly told that they do not do it for free. What made the experience worse was the attitude of one of the workers (the bald guy). He came across as very arrogant and dismissive while speaking to us, which made us feel uncomfortable as customers. He even asked us to point out which employee told us the installation was free. When we pointed out the employee, he didnโ€™t even bother bringing him over to discuss the situation with us or clarify the misunderstanding. Instead, he just brushed it off. I honestly should have just gone to a bike shop closer to my place. Miscommunication can happen, but customer service and professionalism are still important. I hope the shop improves communication between employees and treats customers with more respect in the future.

Great bike shop. Awesome customer service. Called before going to make sure they had what I needed. When I arrived about an hour later, everything was on the counter waiting for me. Ben took care of me and gave me good advice. I will definitely use their services again.

This shop and its staff are top notch! We were up in Park City vacationing around Thanksgiving this year and Juan Patterson was so gracious to us. We rented bikes through this shop and we were given top notch, full suspension bikes to try out for the day. Juan even gave us tips on where to take the bikes that would be perfect for our pre-teen children. All in all this shop was outstanding and I would recommend to anyone who is visiting from out of town. Way to go Storm Cycles!
