There was a computer problem on the day I made my reservation and it didn’t take. Not only did they honor my reservation, but they delivered the bikes to our house. Anthony was fantastic in not only managing the situation but making it an even better experience than we had planned..
Huge thanks to Switchback Sports for graciously straightened my derailleur hanger quickly and wouldn’t even charge me for it. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about keeping me rolling. Amazing service and a great example of why local bike shops matter. Highly recommend if you’re riding in Park City
I talked to 3 different shops for recommendations on purchasing skis and Andrew, the general manager at Switchback, was the only one who could clearly (and in detail) explain the differences between the options I was considering and help me arrive at a decision quickly. Great experience and service all around.
Extremely positive experience with Jake with the mustache doing heat molding to my new boots. He knew everything and more about boots and made me feel a lot better after being worried I purchased too small of boots. Also all around was a really enjoyable as a person to interact with. The general manager Andrew is fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable in all ski equipment and takes time to understand your needs to get you the best experience on the slope. Highly recommend for anyone looking new ski equipment.
