We had a wonderful experience working with Wasatch AV at Stein Eriksen Lodge. Their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the setup process. They installed a beautiful 10-foot hoop onsite for us to create a floral installation, and everything was ready exactly when we needed it. Their attention to detail and willingness to coordinate with our team made the installation seamless. It's always a pleasure working with vendors who genuinely care about helping everyone succeed, and Wasatch AV did exactly that. We look forward to working with them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing AV or custom event installations.
We (Utah Event Team) recently partnered with Wasatch AV on an event in Deer Valley and their team did a great job. They managed the logistics of the mountain while delivering what the client had envisioned. Looking forward to working with them again soon.
I had the pleasure of working with the Wasatch team, specifically Tiffany and Jenna for an event at the Stein Eriksen lodge. They were so wonderful to work with - responsive, attentive, brilliant with their suggestions, and the onsite team was just as incredible. Would highly suggest working with them for your events and look forward to working with them again soon!
Wasatch provides the highest level of customer service and execution. I'd trust them for the most special weddings to production for global-scale artists. I produce ultra-luxury events all around the world and Ileana and Zach are top notch. I look forward to working with Wasatch again!!
Working with Ileana and the Wasatch AV team for a wedding this past weekend at the Deer Valley Resort was nothing short of an amazing experience from start to finish. I'm an LA-based wedding planner, and as this was a destination wedding for us, there were several "Utah-unique" challenges we dealt with throughout the planning process—such as last-minute pivoting for sudden changes in weather and ultimately a snow storm on the wedding night! Throughout it all, Ileana was extremely pleasant, communicative, and helpful in helping us come up with solutions and several backup plans for every possible scenario. It was so reassuring to have this level support from "boots on the ground" while planning for a Utah wedding from California. On the wedding day, Ileana and Jason were both so great in rolling with the punches as it came down to a minute-by-minute assessment of the weather and what the best game plan for the day would be. In the end, the wedding was an absolute success and that was largely due to the stellar support we had from the Wasatch AV team. 10/10 highly recommend hiring them for your next special event! I look forward to working with Ileana and her team again in the future! :)
