Working with Ileana and the Wasatch AV team for a wedding this past weekend at the Deer Valley Resort was nothing short of an amazing experience from start to finish. I'm an LA-based wedding planner, and as this was a destination wedding for us, there were several "Utah-unique" challenges we dealt with throughout the planning process—such as last-minute pivoting for sudden changes in weather and ultimately a snow storm on the wedding night! Throughout it all, Ileana was extremely pleasant, communicative, and helpful in helping us come up with solutions and several backup plans for every possible scenario. It was so reassuring to have this level support from "boots on the ground" while planning for a Utah wedding from California. On the wedding day, Ileana and Jason were both so great in rolling with the punches as it came down to a minute-by-minute assessment of the weather and what the best game plan for the day would be. In the end, the wedding was an absolute success and that was largely due to the stellar support we had from the Wasatch AV team. 10/10 highly recommend hiring them for your next special event! The best production company in Utah! We had a great time designing a ceiling installation at The Stein Eriksen Lodge Deer Valley. They were on time, professional, creative and up for anything we through their way.
