I was in the process of booking a place for Christmas and during the final payment process, there was an error. I called immediately and I was told the reservation office would call me back the next day. The next day when I spoke to the reservation office via text (I had to call them), I was told a bug with the new reservation system meant the price was not correct. When reviewing the new pricing, it had jumped more than 25% from my original quote for the week. The reservation team refused to respect the original price so I declined to stay with this company. This is one of the shadiest interactions I have had booking any vacation rental.

Awful experience. Saw the one star review and thought something like that couldn't happen to us, but did. Booked Abode on Ruby Run January 13th, signed contract January 14th, booked flights, and then told March 21st (over TWO MONTHS LATER) that they were cancelling the booking. We booked a ski in-ski out property and they offered to let us pay more money for a non ski in-ski out property. We said not acceptable and they cancelled the reservation (they still haven't even processed the $5,000 refund for the deposit three days later by the way). One employee said they would "look into" refunding our flights, not even promise. Which would not have even helped because if we are now able to find a property that same weekend, we'd have to rebook flights are a higher price now that oil prices have skyrocketed. Don't book with them. They will tell you "these things are very rare" and then wish you luck as you figure out a back-up plan.

Our stay at abode’s Deer Valley townhouse was amazing! All 4 rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the private bathrooms were a huge plus. My friends and i enjoyed chilling by the fire and relaxing in the hot tub after spending our days in the mountain. The kitchen set up was perfect for making big meals for our group. Communication with the rental company was great, they were super responsive for any quick questions.

99 Sampson was a really great house. There were 10 of us in 2 families and we had plenty of space. Abode provided plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc. The house was very well stocked. We had an issue with one of the bathrooms and the internet and they sent someone out right away. They are very responsive. There are a lot of stairs in the house but they are carpeted. We had a two year old and she loved them.

This was our first trip to Utah, and we couldn’t have imagined a better stay. The home was clean and in a great location, we saw wildlife, deer, rabbits, and turkeys on a daily basis. Great view of Deer Valley and only a few minutes from Main Street and Park City. The staff from Abode was on the spot and were very helpful.
