I have been in the real estate business in Park City for 25 years and have dealt with many property management professionals over the years. It has been a true pleasure working with Michelle Barnhart and the team at Sea to Ski property management. They are managing a home we have listed and when we went under contract, there were many details requested by the buyer. Maintenance details, historic details of the home, all of the necessary items a buyer needs to feel comfortable before they make a purchase decision. Sea to Ski kept incredibly impeccable records and were readily available to help troubleshoot and problem solve. They have been a true partner in this transaction with us assisting every step of the way with the highest level of professionalism. I’m truly impressed by their interest and abilities. Sea to Ski does an amazing job. They are so professional, and so on it. It is the best experience I have ever had with property management. Absolutely Excellent! Sea to Ski Property Management has been the best choice to manage my property in Park City. My property in PC has build and maintain 5 stars in VRBO for almost 10 years thanks to their outstanding service. They take care of absolutely everything, I rarely go to the property. They are through, they pay lots of attention to detail, they care a lot about my requests and suggestions, they are very prompt to resolve any issues that come up, are very attentive to our guests needs, without discarding any issue, even the smallest of the requests is considered and taken care of promptly. The company is made by amazing people, they all care a lot. It feels to me that to all the people that I have encountered in Sea to Ski love their job, and the company.
