We purchased a second home in the Park City area in 2017 and have used Watchdog Property Management exclusively since our purchase 9 years ago. They are local and extremely responsive and attentive. They have a very thoughtful seasonal maintenance procedure to ensure all systems in our home are in top working condition. There has never been a project they could not handle on our behalf, from adding a few window treatments to finishing a portion of our basement to add an additional bedroom. Chase and Shelby truly make having a second home worry free. We wouldn't dream of using anyone else.

They are 100% reliable and 100% responsive. They provide a wide range of services that go well beyond your typical house watcher. Their team have very capable handymen who we've used for ceiling fan installations, cabinet modifications, and small repairs around the condo. And for anything they can't do theirselves, they have great contacts in Park City and manage those projects when we aren't here (for example, they organized our garage floor epoxy coating project). They provide TOTAL peace of mind that our condo is being cared for by the best!!
