I wanted to ship from Utah to South Carolina. Eddy was very helpful and assured me that everything would be packed well and intact. He was right! The items I sent were very important to me and could have been easily damaged. So happy I found Pack nā Crate in Redstone. Thank you!!
When they're open, they are great. But that's the rub because their hours are far fewer than most FedEx drop off locations. For example, the Friday before a holiday weekend is a workday for pretty much everyone... except Pack n' Crate. I recommend you call first to make sure they're open. I've learned to do that after several wasted trips.

This store has excellent, friendly and intelligent staff. Always great and quick service. Very professional and efficient experience every time. They always take care of you with a smile. Highly recommend especially over similar stores in the area.
