My boyfriend and I did not have a good experience here. We went inside because we saw some really cool things in the window, but once we entered, the experience quickly changed. Eliana, the lady working at the counter immediately started following us around the store and repeatedly interrupted our conversation, which made us feel very uncomfortable. She was also quite rude and unwelcoming. After interacting with her, I no longer felt comfortable purchasing anything. My boyfriend bought something, but that was because he was pressured into it. We would not come back here.

We had the most wonderful experience at this store. We walked away with new family members. I almost cried. These women in this store Sas and Elaina were beyond helpful, kind and generous. If anyone says anything different there they are the ones with the issue. No pressure sales. We helpful in finding correct sizes for my husband and myself. They're the real deal in kindness.

I have been shopping at Alpaca International for years, both there Park City, UT and Annapolis, MD stores, and I must say, it has always been an outstanding experience. As a lover of high-quality alpaca products, they offer a wide range of top-notch merchandise but also provides exceptional customer service. The store offers a vast selection of alpaca products, including luxurious sweaters, outerwear, gloves, hats, and socks. The quality of the items is truly exceptional, and it's evident that the store takes pride in offering only the best. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about the products they sell. They were able to provide detailed information about the materials, production process, and care instructions for each item, making my shopping experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for top-quality alpaca products and exceptional customer service. We have items from years ago that are still fashionable and stylish to this day.

LOVE, LoVE, LOVe my beautiful Alpaca beanie that's as cozy as cuddling a fat bear or snuggling next to a Yeti. Had a wonderful service experience with the staff also, a woman from Puru in particular. I'll be back like Arny running for pres.

Love the high quality clothing and designs that they offer. I've been a long time (15+ years) customer in both their Park City and Annapolis locations. I am always thoroughly impressed with the quality and selection of their merchandise. The designs are stylish and sophisticated. They even go beyond Alpaca-centric products and offer designer dresses and more from Italy. The staff is knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service, offering personal styling advice and recommendations. I highly recommend Alpaca International.
