I am visiting from NC and just found out that my friend got engaged!! She and I both love Athleta so I went into this store to get her a gift card for her and some things for me. All of the staff in this store were incredibly warm, welcoming and super helpful. I am not exactly a fitness model (older lady with some extra pounds), but they treated me very well and adhered to Athleta’s size inclusive ways. I walked out a very happy loyal customer! As always Athleta clothing is very well made, flattering, functional and stylish. I have Athleta items that have lasted 20+ years to attest to the quality.

Busy on the 4th of July weekend, and somehow the great customer service was still there! Abi and Cher were quick to help me find sizes and I left a happy customer with a bag full of great deals and awesome clothing!

Olivia, Jen, Elise, and Hazel were amazing. Honestly greatest customer service definitely do recommend coming and bringing them a visit. You will feel like you’re at home with your homies

We walked in and went upstairs. I was looking for my favorite Elation 7/8 tights that I already own several pairs of. I spend a lot on Athleta clothing every year both online and in the store. There were 4 associates and not one of them greeted us or offered to help. I asked an attendant on the second floor for a specific size and she didn’t extend anything other than “that’s all we have” upon walking away and while we walked down the stairs she was preoccupied folding clothes rather than helping customers. We were so disappointed and put off we quickly left the store. I will shop Lorna Jane from now on.
