Staff was friendly. They had signs all over that said nearly the entire store was 50% off. However their price AFTER the discount was still more than I pay for similar quality / style items at other stores. A an example their price on a pair of jeans was originally something like $119, making it $60 after discount - still expensive as there was nothing special about the design / style.
It's a great store and I got nice clothes for work here. But not one worker spoke fluent English which was kinda frustrating when I needed to ask questions and they wouldnt understand and would answer a completely different question i didnt ask. At least one person working with them should speak fluent English to help out around the store.
Thank you Cash for being patient with me. ❤️ I made a large purchase, and bought all the wrong sizes. So, I had to bring them back, find the new items and make an exchange. Thank you for your help. PS Marie Lu is pretty cool too.
Unfortunately I had an awful experience here. I bought a belt and after one wear it showed extreme cracking. I brought the belt back because it was clearly under par for a $60 belt. Cash, the manager on duty, first told me that it was not genuine leather and that is why it was cracking. I promptly told him the belt is clearly labeled as genuine leather to which he told me well all of the belts crack. Clearly they have very poor belt quality. After this Cash was somewhat rude the whole time. I am sure my account was registered with the belt but he couldn’t find it- which is fine, but he also shorted me 50% of the price on in-store credit. I have no clue as to why but he decided to give me 50% of the price as in-store credit instead of the full 100% without warning me before making the decision. Regardless, it was a very disappointing experience. Poor quality belts and Cash the manager admits it but wont give me a full refund even if its store credit. If you are looking for any leather goods I would seriously consider shopping elsewhere as I have gotten belts of better quality from goodwill.
I’m sure this place is very nice but my wife has been in there for an hour because of something to do with them having to order whatever it is she wanted in for her, and the register having problems. I just hate that I’ve had to wait an hour lol
