Ask for ANGELO. He is absolutely amazing and is a master of the menu! His recommendations were exceptional.

This is sushi for those who don't know. I don't think that the title exactly does this place justice. However, it was pretty good food that they could make quickly. Separated as per usual in Utah, which was something interesting to witness. The drinks were not served all together which was irritating to be apart of. Good food, it does come from the kitchen as it is made which we liked. Kind of hidden entrance though.

The raw bar is definitely worth it. The hamachi crudo was so buttery and fresh and the rolls we got were very tasty. The drinks were good too, just very expensive but thats understandable in park city.

The name is misleading because it implies a pub like experience, however plenty of sushi and American comfort food options. Portions were medium sized and broad drink selection of cocktails and beers. Cream spinach was very unique, almost like a mushroom soup unami flavor which I liked. Popular place for NYE. Owner is former New England transplant. Recommend going here.

Love this place! Our server, Christine from Romania was highly knowledgeable about the diverse menu and she was just delightful. Since we are fortunate to have excellent sushi back east, we did not know what to expect. Our two rolls were large and delicious and so were the cauliflower dish and pork dumplings. My husband had the banana foster and he enjoyed it. I finished my meal with the cucumber salad. We liked this place so much that we were quick to make another reservation during our stay in Park City.
